O but Joy, our local new Grocery now has it own Bakery and makes a multiple
whole grain artisan bread with flax and other seeds. It has a great crust
and is tough and chewy and is Full of fiber and besides that Tastes GREAT.
I agree cake is better, but bread can be healthier if you choose wisely
Sorry, my nutrition background sometimes pops out. I'll try to restrain
myself.
