Interesting information about the birth study.
From personal experience:  2 litters, same sire & dam.
1st litter - 4 girls, 3 boys, kinda mixed for birth order.  All boys had 2 
esticles.
2nd litter - 7 girls, 2 boys.  The boys were born last.  At 4 months, the big 
oned 
hunky" male had 1 testicle, his more refined brother had 2. By 7 months, both 
oys 
nly have only 1.  Hmmmmmm......
