If that is the case then Carmen should have to resign. He should not be on
the board if he sent this out when he was given instructions not to do it.
This was never approved by the board, Lew did this.

INSTRUCTIONS BY THE PC , NOT TO DO SO.. THEN HE SHOULD RESIGN.
I PERSONALLY BELIEVE HE SHOULD ALSO WITHDRAW FROM JUDGING THE GSDCA
NATIONAL SPECIALTY. IF INDEED THAT IS PROVEN TO BE THE CASE.. BARB WILLIAMS
