What are the rules on that? Is it allowed if both dog &bitch are present at the time of breeding? Or never allowed? Thanks! Julie Degen Julie: It is my understanding that no artificial breedings are allowed in Germany. They also do not allow sperm to be collected and frozen or chilled and shipped..Perhaps they have changed the rules recently, but if so, I am not aware of it.. They want to keep the strong breeding instinct and feel that if they artificially breed, that many poor breeders who would have been naturally weeded out if required to breed naturally, would then become a big influence genetically, and produce more unwilling breeders..JMO Barb Williams ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2006.
