Laura, I was not going to say anything about the woman who was there.
Because she said it was her first dog show, but still you would think you would
do
a little research. But she did really appear ignorant, but I tried to
overlook it because it was a first for her, until my granddaughter called me
and
said Geez Grandma why don't you get that job? That lady knows nothing.... then
I
had to laugh just like I had to laugh about "I wanted to smack her", too
funny! I thought that when he said things like matching the dog to the
lifestyle so they don't end up in shelters was great. I really enjoyed his
commentary. He is a great ambassador for purebred dogs and responsible pet
ownership. I
enjoyed the show.
I picked the Puli, but I have a soft spot for them. I also liked the Belgium
Sheepdog and the Turv was a nice dog. And I liked the Collie both of them
actually. It was a pretty good group.
In the terriers I was happy he put up the Scottie, I thought she was great.
I also liked the Irish. I get tired of the poodle always winning, there were
lots of nice dogs, I personally liked the Schipp and the Sharpei was nice. I
liked the Harrier in the hounds and the Pharaoh and the Ibezian(not sure about
the spelling).
Even if a German Shepherd didn't make the cut, it was still good TV as far
as I am concerned!

Not only did he stress responsible breeders, he stressed that these breeders
want the best homes for their pups so they DON'T end up in shelters.? He
promoted and gave gave advice for people looking for purbred dogs.??I did not
care for his ignorant female co-speaker.? She got on my nerves and I wanted to
smack her for some of her comments.
