Safequard and Panacur are entirely two different chemicals used to treat
worms...Pyrantel Pamoate is Strongid used for rStrongyles (roundworms) and is
not the same as Panacur used for hooks, whips and coccidia (though
different dosage and time frames are necessary for the coccidia). Tapeworms
ordinarily are treated with Drontil, Droncit or simply Praziquantal. Fish
Tapes
are not the same critter as seen in the canine....
