Ok, that makes more sense. So someone (Debbie? Nanci?)has already gone to
Utah and decided it is a suitable site, right?

the chairman thinks are suitable. And the chairman only visits sites that
she investigates first and appear to be suitable. The Board has to decide on
the location of the National so it is important that the members get to see
the
sites first hand.
