[ SHOWGSD-L ] seeing eye dog question

I have a very good friend whose aunt is blind with a certified seeing eye
Golden. It came from York Pa, the dog is wonderful and gives her a
lifeline that she wouldn't otherwise have. Now to the question......They
both had a doctor's appointment at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh today. The
Aunt's apt went fine, my friend's appt was with a MS doctor who she has
been seeing for 3 years. Obviously the Aunt and Dog went to her appt
also. Here is where it gets unbelievable...........My friends doctor
screamed from her back office "that dog can't come in this office, not even
the waiting room". My friend was then told to find another MS doctor and
to get out.
I know her well enough to know she is not exaggerating, she was in shock
and didn't know what to say at the time. There has to be someone she can
call to report this unprofessional doctor. I am hoping that someone can
send her in the right direction. Thank You
