Bubbe's Rueben Sandwiches
1/2 Pound of thinly sliced Roast Beef
1 Jar of Saurkraut (Drained)
Loaf of Jewish Rye Bread (or if you like anyother thats fine too)
Seperately for sauce

3 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing
1 tablespoon of Catsup
1 tablespoon of Yellow Mustard
2 tablespoons of honey
(Mix all this together and set aside)
Take the drained saurkraut and in a skillet with a little butter, sautee
until warm
Take the roast beef, sautee in same skillet until warm
Start buillding your sandwich with one slice of Rye bread, apply layer of
sauce, saurkraut, roastbeef, sauce, bread (until triple decker like a club
sandwich.)
Brown finished sandwich on both sides, slice in half and enjoy..
