re: PayPal............I mentioned this earlier and it was brought to my  
attention that their fees are more than what the GSDCA is paying now to the  
credit card company..............just FYI

Just my experience, I had  a paypal account to send donations to rescue, my 
paypal account was hacked and  charges showed up on my credit card.   
Paypal was indifferent about  it.  The hacker even made up another email 
address 
very similar to mine  on my account.  I will never use paypal again.  I 
personally don't  use credit cards a lot on line for that very reason.  It may 
be very  convenient but having your identify stolen is not convenient at 
all!!!  I  was lucky and managed to catch it in  time.
