[ SHOWGSD-L ] question on newborns

Hi all, just had a litter of 2 males last night and noticed the dam teeth's
must have slit the hock a bit, just through the top skin layer. You can
see a little of the skin below, but it's not too big and it's not bleeding.
QUESTION: Will this heal itself? She just skinned off the top layer of
fur............thoughts? Cheryl
