Kathy, the thing that concerns me <too> is in your post you say "I think the thing that is concerning me the most is that he doesn't want to play or even be touched." That could mean something is wrong (lymes, erlichia, pano or none of the above). While doggy lists are good for some things, what they can't do is diagnose an illness. To be sure, you'll hear many antidotal stories and get lots of free advice, home remedies, meds to try, many "solutions" will be contradictory, but all of that free advice is worth about what you pay for it. Take your boy for a complete exam, have some blood work done and get to the bottom of it. If the blood work comes back good, you could be dealing w/ pano and your vet will take a few pictures to rule it in or out. As far as him loosing his angles and getting butt high, until you get to the bottom of why he doesn't want to play or be touched, that seems like the least of your problems, but call the breeder, discuss the lines and see what their experiences have been. Some dogs fall apart and come back together and some never do. That's all part of the challenge of growing out a show prospect and it's also why you see some dogs a few times in the puppy classes and they later disappear. Good luck. He is very large, with big bones. He has had some lameness in a front leg that has resolved itself. He has grown so much since February 4th, that he doesn't even look like the same dog. He has lost all rear angle. He is also high in the rear. I think the thing that is concerning me the most is that he doesn't want to play or even be touched. He is eating Eagle Pack adult and gets a probiotic and is also on Nyzymes. I did switch him off of Canidae after I lost Holly to bloat. (switched gradually) His father also recently died and was also being fed Canidae. I did not own the father. If anyone has any insight I would appreciate replies. I am worried about this guy. His appetite is good and he is not over weight. Thanks, Kathy **************It's Tax Time! Get tips, forms, and advice on AOL Money & Finance.
