No, I have lots more important stuff to do, but it seems a bit
counterproductive to whine about a procedure clearly in place and bad mouth an
organization on the process. Especially when right on the top of their form
they
give you the guidelines....but what else would I expect? That seems the
norm these days. Ignore directions, forget about personal responsibility,
then fuss about everybody else and tarnish their reputation in the process.
