Yes, and the price of crude is up and the dollar is (relatively) weak, only
to get much weaker from inflation because we've diluted it so badly...now
there are a few proposals to increase the gas tax both on state and federal
levels to (a) increase falling tax revenue and (b) encourage us to drive
more energy efficient cars....

Some areas require a different gas formulation for the summer. The change
over causes the supply to go down which casues prices to increase.
