[ SHOWGSD-L ] older bitch in season...

Just a quick question that someone may be able to help with. I have a 12
year old girl who is in season. She has been spotting for about 3 1/2
weeks, not a lot but still leaving some dark blood spots. She feels fine
and there is no unusual smell. I am planning to take her to the vet but was
wondering if there were any conditions that this could be pointing to.
