Subject: off-topic question - President's speech
I know I am showing my ignorance, but who is the guy on TV sitting behind the
President while he is giving his speech ? I know who the VP is, but who is the
other guy ? He is really funny with his facial expressions â he doesnât
look very happy with our President, AND, when everyone else stood up to clap,
he remained sitting (but clapping âlightlyâ)
And, is there any significance in the color of tie our President wears ? Today
it is light blue â the other day it was RED.
