Thank you for sharing this information regarding Improper Actions of some
of the Board members in regard to the GSDCA treasury. I AM SHOCKED to put
it mildly .I know you are not supposed to cross post to the other list,but
those members are GSDCA members also and entitled to know as well. .
Having been President for fours years, I know the President is NOT a
dictator,but must have their decisions made, be shared by the executive
committee AND
ratified by the entire Board, Especially those involving our treasury,or
committees.
