That's true, but it only applies within the city limits...................... 
for now!  More importantly, if you are driving anywhere in Illinois, they are 
using cameras in work zones. Vans with cameras are taking pictures of your 
vehicle, the driver and the liscense plate number AND THE FINE IS $375.00 for 
the first offense.
