[ SHOWGSD-L ] new Legend brag

Legend has been spending a couple of months up north with his excellent
trainer (& my friend), Kelly Malone. This last weekend, I got to watch him
show off his newest skill (& obsession) - herding.
I know one thing - this "conformation" or "American" dogs have no instinct or
talent left is soooooo wrong. Anyway, we now can add a new title to
his name:
BOM CH. Tara-Airway Carly's Legend v KCK, OFA, TC, CGC, HCT
I want to thank Kelly for her skill & dedication - she is now Legend's
second mom!
After being involved in Conformation & occasionally Obedience for well over 20
years - I have to say that watching your beautiful dog doing what he was
bred to
do is thrilling!!
He is home right now - looking for some sheep (grin). He plans to return next
spring & garner some more titles.
