I think 3 is not enough for an interesting reason. It seems(for the most part)
you get dogs or bitches 2-3 times before you ever get considered to do breed.
Perfect example is Rita Sandell...she did bitches in Anaheim, bitches in
Albany,bitches again in Topeka and next year she has gotten breed.
Maybe we can say 4 times instead of 3 to get it right! LOL
I do agree no board member should be allowed to judge the national NOR should
they be allowed to be petitioned to judge it.

club issues) You can only judge BOB at the National 3 times!....that along with
term limits will also never happen...yes I know we have had several wonderful
judges who have done BOB more than 3 times....but there are other very very
good
judges who have NEVER judged BOB at the National...why? because we keep
rotating
