[ SHOWGSD-L ] mediocre bombast

At some point bombast gets boring, especially when it's done by someone who
doesn't do it well. "Grumpy Old Men" (women?) was hyperbolic, but it was also
funny because everyone could relate to the reality of old people who are
humorless and become crochety and pointlessly poopy about things. Ever so many
people have commented on the fact that we've become "The Old GSD Fancy".
Alas, it's starting to show. Reading the List lately makes me think a few
need some gentle exercise and more fiber in their diet.
