[ SHOWGSD-L ] mange

A friend of mine has an Australian Shepherd which apparently has a horrible
case of mange.  The dog has had demodectic mange since she was about 10
weeks old.  She has tried mitaban dips, oral ivermectin, raw meat diet,
DermabenSs baths, etc.  She just changed her vet who is giving her
doramectin and Promeris.  The dog had 2 treatments in the last month.  She
had a lot of hair loss, so has been quite the challenge in this cold
weather.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?
