Yes, it's open.......that's because it is meant to be inclusive, rather than
exclusive...........and for the life of me, I can't see a problem with
it...all people do is post pictures of their dogs, brag about
accomplishments, etc...there has been NO discussion, no fighting, no nasty
comments.........and no accusations.......... guess that's too easy for
some people to understand.
