Must not be restricted because I could easily access it. They might have
intended to make it restricted but failed to do so.

It appears to have been private ... if you look at the links that Linda
shared with the list you'll see that they're all marked "WGSDCA
Restricted Group, 8 members" which IMHO "Restricted" sounds like a euphemism
for private!!! I assume Yahoo made them public since Linda and everyone
else under the sun are able to access then???
