Sally, nothing changed on my iPad/iPhone when I upgraded to iOS7. On your
iPad, go to Settings (gray icon)/under iCloud is Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Click on that and your email Accounts will come up. See if some thing is not
as you wish.
On my computer, my list mail is set to Plain Text. Rich Text won’t work with
list mail.
My iPhone/iPad syncs their info from my computer.
