[ SHOWGSD-L ] health question

I just had a phone call from a friend at work. She has an 8 year old border
collie who suddenly doesnt have balance. s partially paralyzed on the one
side... cant focus.. eyes go back and forth, and one eye doesnt blink. mouth
on one side seems droopy.. What do you think?
Vestibular or stroke? She took her to the vet and the vet said neurological
and said it might be a senior type disease.. I would have thought she would
have given them something to put in the eye that doesnt blink. You can email
