dogs in germany not only mostly live as housedogs but are tax paying citizens. it costs 180 dollars a year in taxes to own a dog. they are allowed on buses subways trains and in all resteraunts because they are tax payers. they have more rights then they have here. -- norma hansburg ============================================ My vet says that there are 11 known diseases that are transmittable from dog to human. There are about 100 that are transmittable from cat to human. There are thousands that are transmittable from human to human. So in the interest of public health, dogs should be allowed in restaurants and stores and people should not!
