That doesn't sound right for 12 week old puppies; it would be one thing if
they never really went to eating during weaning, but to go from "gobbling" to
"picking" the same brand of food...well...I'd be looking for something other
than the food.
Maybe you just gave them a shot or wormed them and they don't feel quite
right? (I just had a puppy run a low grade fever after a booster shot...never
had that before, although I have had the occasional puppy have a dry cough for
a day or two after a shot...who knows????)
But if you just gave them a shot or wormed them, I'd be tempted to give it a
day or two...if not, I'd run a stool sample in to the vet.
