[ SHOWGSD-L ] electing judges

I'm doing a little survey among my friends in other breeds (who are in a
position to know, not just people who own dogs) about how their National
Specialty judges are chosen. I already know for most of them, but I am
collecting their posts and will have those available in a little while.
Then I'll provide that information to the Board, or to those who are
interested. Maybe even post it to the list. We'll see.
