Perhaps Helen was checking for both undercoat and dye, however I feel she
that she was checking more for "dye" since she made a big deal about dying
dogs sometime back on another list. She ran her hands at times up and down
the dogs legs..on the shoulders and even in the prosternum area looking for
"red" enhancement..not just black.Could be she was checking to see if the
color went to the skin, or if the undercoat was slightly lighter as it
should be. With one dog she ran her hands on the dogs body..stepped
back..looked at her hands..shook her head and went over to her table and
dramatically wiped her hands off on the tablecloth. I thought she was
showing the crowd, through her theatrics that the dog had been
enhanced..guess not, he was placed toward the center of the group. I assume
she must have gotten a grooming product on her hands..but hard to say, so
the group I was sitting in was left wondering...does he..or doesn't he! C
