[ SHOWGSD-L ] crates are cruel!

Many years ago I showed a Bouvier. This dog was HUGE and a high drive working
dog that slobbered like a broken hose. At a show one year, some idiot
complained that he was stuffed into a crate MUCH to small for this dog. Of
course the complaint brought out the usual do gooders, one of which was so
upset that she volunteered to hold his leash. That lasted all of two minutes
before she admited defeat and pleaded with me to take him back. I told her, as
Sebastian, foaming at the mouth, was leaping in the air with all four off the
ground, that I would be putting him back in his crate! Stupid people...but at
least no one bothered me about it anymore! Anja
