[ SHOWGSD-L ] anti-debarking bill in Maine

I need to put together testimony against this bill for next week. I know that
some of you do not support debarking, but I've found it to be much more humane
than bark collars and certainly is more humane than euthanizing a problem
barker. I'd appreciate any thoughts or arguments any of you might have that
would help us to oppose this bill.
