I was able to speak to someone at Solid Gold and the voluntary recall was
for two specific dates and affected Canada. They are in negotiations with
the plant, I believe, and hopefully will have Wolf King in stores by the end
of August. The woman recommended another food by Solid Gold called Millenia.
It has beef, barley, brown rice and canola oil to name some of the
ingredients. I was able to locate one bag of Wolf King today and the store
also carries Millenia and it's approximately $4 a bag less. Has anyone ever
used this product?
