The The AKC's Management Disciplinary Committee has suspended the following

from all AKC privileges for a period of ten (10) years, effective October
11, 2004, and imposed a
$2000 fine for conduct considered prejudicial to the best interests of
purebred dogs in
connection with the conviction as indicated:
Arlene Hoover (Muncie, IN) â??based on her having plead guilty to cruelty to
animals in
Muncie City Court, Muncie, IN. (Multiple Breeds)
Laura Fitterman (Callahan, FL) â??based on her having plead guilty to cruelty
to animals in
the County Court, Fourth Judicial Circuit, Nassau County, FL. (German
Shepherd Dogs)
