[ SHOWGSD-L ] ? about AKC edu. requirements

Are the eligibility requirements to hold future dog shows that were passed
by the AKC board in Feb. 07 required to hold shows in '08? I was under the
impression that the ones passed (Feb 07) were to be done in the year '08 to
be able to hold shows in '09. Am I wrong?
