[ SHOWGSD-L ] Worn teeth

I would like to know the opinion of some of our judges on worn teeth. In a
recent show, the judge faulted it. As a judge, I do not fault worn teeth, It
is not a fault in our standard. The dog otherwise was a handsome dog, good
mover, etc.
My champion bitch has worn down teeth due to her carrying her ball and rubber
toys in her mouth constantly. She finished before she was 2 yrs old and her
teeth had not worn down yet. She is now 9 yrs. old. Her 5 yr old son who
also carries toys in his mouth show wearing down of his teeth.
So the bottom line is...I would not fault worn teeth on a dog that meets the
standard otherwise with correct motion and structure.
Any opinions?
