Frank...<G>....but close.
I have to agree with Evan on this. I am sure he'll argue the point as
well as it can be argued.

good to stick to something when you are wrong, just because that is the

union, left open the opportunity to ammend the constitution.
We have changed the standard as we find reasons to do so. At one point

changed it to exclude Whites. Unless someone can show me a reason to
exclude them now, I say it is time to correct a mistake.
