Not at all. It means that people who are winning naturally have little
incentive to change things. The dog game could be on the verge of extinction,
and
the guy who owns the dog that just went GV will rarely see a problem.
Anyone can choose to ignore problems. However, their rosy view of things
does nothing to rebuild a dying dog game. In fact, that sort of inaction
contributes greatly to the problem. We can all sit around and say to each
other ...
"I'm happy!... Are you happy?" But that doesn't change the fact that we are
seeing considerably fewer than 100 specials when not so long ago there were 200
and more at every national.
