Thank you for thinking of me. I always liked what Mark Twain said: "People
would worry less about what others think of them, if they only realized how
seldom they did."
I have been busy, probably too busy. My associate left for a better job, so I
have been trying to handle her work load as well as mine. Some know I have cut
myself down to half a day, I am no longer 70, so I limit my time in the office
to 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, that's half a day. But, I am still here seven days a
week.
I sold my building, so I am looking at the move, and after 36 years here, it is
going to be strange. I did perform at the Magic Castle a couple of weeks ago,
so I did take a day off.
I took off five days to go to my 60th class reunion. It was about 70 strangers
with names that sounded familiar. We talked about the 70th, but we will all be
pushing 90, and who will even remember to be there?
We do have a new litter, that look like they could be super-stars, but at 12
weeks, who knows? Tedi took one of our young dogs to a dog show and got a
major, but I had to work.
Someone took over the Youth Recognition Fund, and if those who did win in the
past let me know, I have some bank accounts that probably need to be
distributed.
I am alive and kicking so far, that works for me.
