With all this lively discussion about the Review, it's editor and the process
of choosing the editor, it gave me time to reflect on what the Review has
personally meant to me!!!!!!

At my house, if you go to any of the 4 bathrooms you will find a stack of GSD
Reviews piled on the back of the toilet. The Review served the mulit- purposes
of education, interest and a laxative at the same time.

Even my Wife and Kids who have nothing to do with GSD's found the Review to be
a Digestive Facilitator.

As the Review's came less and less frequently over time and on a sporadic
basis, you can guess the effect it had on our digestive system.

Thank's to Susan Casey and the return to timely production of the Review, the
BASU household is back to being "Regular" again!!!!!!

Bill

P.S. this i not a commentary on the editor or any the proceedings that have led
to her choice, it is just a little "food for thought" about not taking
ourselves too too seriously.
