[ SHOWGSD-L ] Was DM designations, now Identification issues

On my way to the airport last year, heading to NYC for Westminster KC, both my 
cell phone, and my son's cell phone, rang.  It was "Home Again" calling to 
inform us that Charlotte-Jo had been found walking down the street in a 
neighboring town.  The lady who was caring for her while I took Harley to the 
Garden, didn't even know Charlotte-Jo decided to go under the fence and head 
back home to Hemet!  She was back in the arms and bed of my friend before I got 
to LAX.  I was never so grateful that I had her microchipped!!

Harley has 2 microchips.  An AVID chip (I now prefer Home Again, though) which 
can be read in the USA, and an ISO chip, which can be read in the rest of the 
world.  

I try to do all I reasonably can do to ensure the safety of my dogs.  I shudder 
to think what could have happened to Charlotte-Jo that day.
