Yes, I too have read the pedigree database. The poster has been misinformed.
The WDA is not a member of the WUSV and never was. The only two members from
the United States of America are the GSDCA & UScA. WDA has been able to
process paperwork for those in the sport under the signature of the President
of the GSDCA.

"The 2013 WUSV was not a WDA event .. it was a GSDCA event ( please read the
riginal announcement of the 2013 WUSV ). The WUSV was held in the USA to
ommemorate the 100 year anniversary of the GSDCA and the GSDCA was the host not
he WDA. The WDA and Mr. Yee got saddled with all the work however but had to
eport back to the GSDCA for permission to do everything so how could that go
rong or slow down getting anything done?? So at the last minute always .. Mr.
ee and the WDA had to burn the candle at both ends to get everything ready
ecause the GSDCA really didn't care that much about getting things done for
their" event which is what the 2013 WUSV was. The WDA pulled the WUSV off and
id a good job as proclaimed by everyone but the GSDCA is now complaining that
r. Yee used too much ammo in winning the war. He could have split the bullets
nd saved on ammo had he just planned better and asked permission to do
verything six months in advance
as the GSDCA wanted. When the indians are killing everyone on the wagon train
no disrespect to Native Americans ) and burning down the fort everyone is
appy to see the calvary come to the rescue. However after the poor citizens
re saved from scalping or death and sit safe and happy .. then when they get
he bill for the ammo, horse feed, and food for the troopers spent for the
peration they quibble over how much was spent in saving their sorry asses. The
SDCA wanted to be the host of the 2013 WUSV and knew it was coming to them for
everal years well before Dan Yee was President of the WDA. Yee and the WDA ran
he event and got it done for them and now they want to squeal like a pig about
hat it cost .. priceless!! It was not the WDA's event and it was not Yee's
ecision for the GSDCA to host the event in 2013 .. that was all the GSDCA and
ee just got caught in a situation where he had to make the event happen despite
ot being in charge or
handling the check book. After the event was successfully done by Yee and the
DA the GSDCA is complaining about what it costs .. if Yee had saved $100K and
he event had been a horrible screw up would the GSDCA be happy or have taken
esponsibility for not allowing Yee to spend the money needed to make the event
success?? The GSDCA considers the GSDCA-WDA to be part of the GSDCA (also in
he GSDCA president's letter) but they don't want to pay for the costs of the
USV 2013 because the WDA did not get prior permission to spend the money
ecessary to make the event a success. By the way the WDA has continuously (
he words of the WUSV president ) been a member of the WUSV just as long as has
een the GSDCA and the USCA."

absolutely!
I feel terrible for the membership of the WDA.
I know that they are as
blindsided by this
as the rest of us. Yet another one of Dan
Yee's schemes...among many.

members of the WDA.
