determinative under our by-laws, Ralph Roberts demanded a third vote.

presented how it stopped block voting. It was voted in again.
Now we will repeat history and go back to a chance for block voting. Let's
all see what happens.
Evan. I totally agree with you. The one vote method will result in much
higher potential for "non qualified" judges to get in. We could have a
third judge get to do our national with 100 votes. It's possible. Just
stupid.
