I have to disagree regarding dogs needing Vit C. They do need it and if you
would like to know why and more about using Vit C for your dogs, I suggest
reading info on the topic by William Belfield. One of my very first vets who
had a large GSD client list and owned GSDs herself recommended it be added. All
my dogs have been on it since 1983.
Not saying this is for down pasterns but for general health. Don't want to get
into a food fight but suggest other opinions on the subject be reviewed.

And the recipe I was given (I believe it was from Connie Beckhardt) calls for
L-Tryptophan (an essential amino acid) and exercise in sand and no walking on
stone floors
