A while back WRAL TV in Raleigh did a consumer report on vacs. They
found a vac at Sears did better than any of the vacs advertised to get pet
hair. Not sure of the name but bet Sears knows.

Well,
mine has finally picked up the last dog hair(s) and I am looking - and
looking - for one that could at least try to keep my house fairly clean. I
have seen one at Costco called the "Shark Navigator" and it says it has a
pet hair turbo brush. Any feedback would be appreciated. I would like to
hear which one you would consider the best, not too expensive, and if you
prefer the canister type or upright.
