I have heard a great cook in Canada is going to do a pig at the Canadian

Smoking a brisket this morning listening to Christmas music, very calming and
relaxing! My two favorite gifts of all time were both animals, a Tennessee
Walker from my wife and a black Great Dane when I was 15 from my parents! This
year on Dec 23 I'm getting a 160 pound pig! I'll be making a porchetta (
Italian) pork roast for Christmas , Had the National stayed in Reno my team was
considering smoking a whole pig for the specialty show before the National,
guess that ain't happening now. FB
