Hey Paul: the dog was sent to you because you are someone special and
"the powers" to be knew you'd do right by him. He didn't just show up
there.......he was sent to you. Someone knew you'd do right by him.
Someone knew that you were that "boy and his dog"!!!! they used to see
walking down by the river bank all those years ago. An angel just

truth when I tell you this. When I first started typing this letter to
you after the salutation, I typed the word "God" rather than the word
dog until I realized my mixing up of the letters. Concidence? Maybe.
