[ SHOWGSD-L ] Two More Ballots Uncounted

I went out of town and forgot to mail my ballots and my husband's ballots. When
I returned home, the first thing I did was mail the ballots via overnight
express mail. Cost was $16. The ballots reached their destination in plenty
of time. Today, our ballots were returned, marked "refused."
Bummer!!! I feel like I let some good folks down!
