[ SHOWGSD-L ] Trumbull County Pound up to their old tricks!

There is a GSD pup (either BYB or very high mix) in the Trumbull County Pound
in Ohio. This poor baby has either been hit by a car or abused in some way as
she is in pain and is missing fur and skin in a LARGE patch on her croup! The
pounds solution to her snapping in pain was to PEPPER SPRAY her! She is
shivering on the concrete floor; perhaps by now has some infection. This is a
facility that does not deserve the connotation
"SHELTER" as it neither nurtures nor shelters its inhabitants but leaves them
in agony until they are ultimately destroyed. This baby would not be on the
adoption floor due to her injury; and this facility has had a policy of "no
veterinary care".
Last Hope Safe Haven representatives will be going there today to remove her
and bring her to Pat Lukos' veterinarian.
This hell hole has recently come under scrutiny and LHSH rep's have joined in a
peaceful protest, causing the commissioners to visit and even some news crews!
