You know, I was going forward with this. I was going to video tape it
myself, and had started to contact people, such as Bob Penny and Gloria and
Cappy to be interviewed.
I then heard from someone in the club who told me his experience in video
production. He asked if he could help, and I agreed. Without discussing it
with me, he went to the board. The board agreed to donate funds for costs.
Then the person gave me a list of his people to include. The one I had
agreed to was Joan Fox, but the rest were his personal friends, and he excluded
many that I thought were important. He wanted to head the project, and so
I told him to go for it. I backed off so as not to argue on who to
include.
Nothing happened. In fairness, he died.
I am not up to a new project. I am still working full time, trying to limit
myself to 12 hour days. I try to avoid working both days on the weekends.
I am getting more active in the magic scene and just got the documents to
re-join the Magic Castle. I am working on this Junior thing. And so far we
have finished two dogs, and the Carillos are about to finish another and
of course the Drapers are campaigning Icon. That is four Asgard dogs in the
last year.
Somehow I keep getting older. Today is my new record for living this long.
Someone else will have to take over the recording of the Giants of our
breed. Or wait a little longer, and they will all be dead.
